Post-Workshop Assignment
To reinforce the concepts from Part I, a short assignment will be provided to graduate students. The assignment will:
Include a Python coding exercise in Jupyter Notebook (data exploration & plotting).
Require running a simple KBase workflow (e.g., genome annotation).
Ask for a short reflection (1–2 paragraphs) on insights gained from the workflow.
